Frequently Asked Questions

  • We have a flat rate of $15 for all Australian orders and a flat rate of $70 for all international orders.

  • All our equipment is made-to-order and we only start the manufacturing process after we have received full payment for your order. Some orders may take a bit longer time to produce, but we try to ship your order within 14 days.

All shipping is done with Australia Post and generally takes around 2-5 business days but can differ based on where you are located in Australia. International shipping is dependent on customs and a specific timeframe cannot be guaranteed. Average times are around 7-10 working days but may be effected by unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are proud to only produce equipment that meets and exceeds ratings of 30:1 ratio. Our aerial straps and loops have a breaking load of 30.86kN (3000kg) per strap. All our equipment also comes with a QR code for instant checks on safety compliance.

We regularly test all out products (both load testing and destruction testing) to ensure that they meet and exceed Australian Safety Standards.

We still recommend to always do a visual inspection of your equipment before every use.

  • We are more than happy to take custom orders within our area of expertise, such as custom length, loop size, colour etc,. Head over to our contact page where you can write a request of what you are after and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • We measure the length of our circus equipment from bearing point to bearing point — that is, between the points where the load is actually carried.

For trapezes, this is measured from the bottom of the bar to the underside of the top thimble or maillon. For aerial loops, straps, and attachment ropes, the measurement is taken between the relevant load-bearing connection points, such as maillons, thimbles, or attachment eyes.

Please note that there may be a difference between the equipment's length when it is unloaded and when it is under load (in use), due to normal stretching or settling of materials. Unless otherwise stated, the lengths listed on this website are the under load/in use measurements.
